Cape Kayak
A couple in their early forties, sea kayaks, wilderness camping, and bone-chilling cold: these are the ingredients of 'Cap Kayak', an original RTS series featuring 11 episodes of a breathtaking adventure. Over 2 years, Aline and Olivier paddled their way by sea kayak to the North Cape, the northernmost point of the European continent.
The complete novices at navigation weathered headwinds, snow, hail, currents, and biting cold—down to -29 degrees!—learning the ropes as they went. Their stages were improvised depending on regulations and wildlife protection zones, freshwater sources, or which way the wind was blowing. And after some rookie mistakes, they were more fired up than ever to tackle the Baltic islands and discover the whale-populated Norwegian fjords. Join them on this incredible journey in the wild, that meant so much for them that they've decided to continue the adventure in other forms...for the rest of their lives!
