I'll Have An Abortion
Lausanne, Soleure, Switzerland, January 2012. Immersion in the everyday life of one of the main hospital centres in French-speaking Switzerland, where women who decided to have an abortion go. Patients, their partners and the hospital team talk about the issues related to an difficult decision to take and to assume. With the lowest rate of abortion in Europe, partly because of late legislation on abortion, Switzerland is still behind its neighbouring countries in term of family planning. The work of support of nurses and doctors who interrupt the pregnancy is essential to be able to assume one's choice.
