This facility, like others run by Terre des Hommes, is having to make tough choices on what to cut after America pulled the plug. In Geneva, the NGO Impact Initiatives depended on that aid for 60% of its budget. They're one of over a hundred Geneva-based NGOs left hanging out to dry by this monumental rug being yanked out.
