Opening a pastry shop in Japan following a great quit? A few months before Covid, the Geneva-based family moved to Kagurazaka to open their bakery in a small and chic Tokyo district. Who could have guessed a Belgian pastry treat would become a hit in Tokyo?And how did the family spring into action in the middle of a global pandemic? What was their first year in Japan like?
