A Taste For Things
How to produce quality local organic agriculture and make ends meet as a farmer? By following Pierre-Gilles and Antoine on their small farm, this documentary follows two neo-rural partners who have made a radical choice: to feed people differently. For three years, their agroecological permaculture farm has developed outside conventional models — pesticide-free, sustained by conviction and hard work. But farming naturally means exposing themselves to the whims of weather, pests and disease — and to constant financial pressure. For them, living soil market gardening and permaculture go hand in hand with low-tech and resilience. An immersive experience alongside new farmers for whom agriculture is more than a commitment—it's a way of life.
