Watch Video
PDF

They've crept into countless products, even fresh bread. Over a hundred studies have shown they are connected to increased risks of cancer, cardiovascular disease, hypertension, and type 2 diabetes. For these products weren't designed to nourish customers but to keep them coming back for more. Meanwhile, industrial lobbying works at discrediting the NOVA classification and the initiatives aimed at curbing their use.
