Six Insomniacs: A Wake-Up Call
Six people who've never met are brought together by a common enemy: insomnia. During two and a half months, tey will attend a CBT group therapy (cognitive behavioral therapy . How can they reset their internal clock and circadian rhythm? How can they kick bad habits to the curb and dismantle the myths surrounding insomnia? For which of our participants will this experience be the wake-up call they need to put their insomnia to bed once and for all? A journey at the crossroads of neuroscience and cognitive psychology to better understand and combat insomnia—a disorder affecting one-third of the population.
